Who’ll Wear the White Carnations?

red roseblack eyed susanI’ll Have Another has worn the blanket of roses after the Kentucky Derby on the first Saturday in May and the blanket of Black-Eyed Susans after the Preakness Stakes two weeks later. Three weeks have passed.

Will he wear the white carnations at the conclusion of the Belmont Stakes tomorrow? The mile and a half test of the champion… the longest, toughest race in Thoroughbred racing?

Will we finally have another Triple Crown winner after 34 years? Good luck and safe trip to all!
